Size is About Perspective

"It looks a lot bigger when it's right in your face."
As has been covered at various times in these posts, The Chemical Buddha was hung like a baby gerbil. A baby female gerbil at that. So it didn't take TCB long to realize that if he put his equipment right in the face of a potential fuck, they were more likely to see it. As long as he had manscaped (or even shaved off all his pubic hair.) This observation was fundamental to his belief that everything had a viewing distance. Some things seem a lot bigger when you're close to them, but shrink when you get the proper perspective. What was important was figuring out how close to get to a problem to understand it.
What issues are you overwhelmed by?
How might a change of view/perspective help you see those issues in their proper size?

And the Answer is …?

"Just confirm what I already believe."
Throughout history, mankind has had questions about life and formed beliefs around the answer to those questions. Like everyone else, The Chemical Buddha had his own questions. And as he sought answers, he discovered he got angry when people disagreed with what he already thought or told him something he didn't want to hear/know. And the same could be said when he answered other people's questions. TCB found the truth had very little to do with perception and if you ever wanted to see that person again, one had to be able to read the situation very well before answering. So today's insight applies to those questions that have no 'right' answer. Questions like, "Do theses jeans make my butt look big?" "What are you thinking about?" and "Was it good for you?"
How do you react when talking to people you disagree with? Do you get angry or try to see things from their perspective?
What questions do you have that you really don't want to 'know' the answer to?
What questions do you just want people to agree with you?

Fantasy Land

“Don’t spoil my fantasy with your reality.”
The Chemical Buddha lived in his own little fantasy world. Part of this is attributed to his powerful mind that could bend any fact and situation to fit his needs. Add to that his ability to justify his actions (which bordered on something like a super power) and the various chemical combinations he had coursing through his bloodstream at any given moment and you'd have a fantastic mix. So it’s probably easy to understand why TCB often disagreed with people on what was actually going on at any moment in time. But The Chemical Buddha firmly believed that no two people saw reality the same way because it was all subjective and based on one’s perspective. So he figured if we already weren’t going to agree on our shared reality, why not live in the version of reality he wanted to live in? All the great mystics and dead heads have done it for generations, so it seemed good enough for him.
What is your ultimate fantasy life?
Is there a way for you to make your reality more like you fantasy or do you think the two can never meet?

Old Faithful

“There’s nothing a good blowjob can’t help you forget.”
We know it may not seem like it, but there actually were times when The Chemical Buddha got depressed, angry or overwhelmed with his problems. When that happened he found surrounding himself in natural beauty: the stars, the ocean, the Grand Canyon or a good blowjob had the power to help him forget his petty mole hills that he’d built into towering mountains. All that he required was a way to put problems into the proper perspective. Of course looking at the stars, ocean, and Grand Canyon never gave him an orgasm, although they did have the power to make him sleepy. But then he never, ever got too much teeth from any of those natural wonders either.
What problems do you make into big, dramatic, life altering events?
What’s one way you could do to put them into their proper/more accurate perspective?

Size Matters

"If you want a bigger dick or, for that matter, boobs, date people with small hands."
The Chemical Buddha got this idea when he was with a woman whose hands were larger than his. (At least he thought she was a woman but just with large hands…and…uh…an Adam's apple. On second thought.) He noticed how small his dick looked in her hands. Feeling slightly less than, he resolved at that moment to only 'date' women with hands that were at least the same size as his if not smaller. And just so he didn’'t appear sexist, he also figured the same would work for women's boobs. The only problem is, those small hands would make everything else seem bigger too. Like your ass or love handles. Of course, TCB didn't care about any of that stuff, but you might. The ideal would be to fuck people with one small hand and one large hand. Of course, that seems a little harder to arrange.
What parts of your life do you make bigger than they need to be?
What parts would be better if you made them smaller?
